This policy explains what personal information Cuspforge collects through this website, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights available to you. We keep it deliberately plain — if anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.
01Who we are
Cuspforge is a technology venture studio based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, “Cuspforge”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cuspforge; “you” refers to any visitor to this website.
For matters relating to personal information, Cuspforge acts as the data controller for this website and can be reached at hello@cuspforge.com.
02Scope of this policy
This policy applies to cuspforge.com and to any direct correspondence you send us through the contact details published on it.
It does not apply to our venture platforms — including Certifada — which operate as separate products under their own privacy policies and terms. When you leave this website for one of those platforms, the policy published there governs your use of it.
03Information we collect
Information you give us
When you complete the contact form or email us directly, we receive the information you choose to provide. Typically this is your name, email address, organisation, the subject of your enquiry, and the content of your message. If you contact us about a role, you may also send us a CV and the professional details it contains.
Please do not send us sensitive personal information — health data, government identifiers, financial account numbers or similar — through this website. We do not need it, and we do not ask for it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours is served by infrastructure that records basic technical information as part of normal operation: IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of access. This data is used for security, diagnostics and aggregate traffic measurement.
Information stored on your device
This website stores a single preference locally in your browser — your chosen language (English or Arabic) — so the site opens in the same language on your next visit. It is not a tracking identifier, it is not transmitted to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
04How and why we use it
- To respond to you. Answering enquiries, discussing potential engagements, and following up on correspondence you have started.
- To evaluate opportunities. Assessing partnership proposals, venture ideas and applications you submit to us.
- To operate and improve the website. Maintaining availability, fixing faults, and understanding in aggregate which content is useful.
- To protect the website. Detecting and preventing abuse, spam, fraud and unauthorised access.
- To meet legal obligations. Complying with applicable law and responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.
What we never do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not use it for advertising profiling, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent us an enquiry.
05Legal bases
Where UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, the EU or UK GDPR, or comparable legislation applies to our processing, we rely on the following grounds:
- Consent — where you voluntarily submit information to us through the contact form or by email.
- Legitimate interests — operating a secure website, responding to business enquiries, and protecting Cuspforge against misuse, balanced against your rights and expectations.
- Performance of a contract — where the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into, or to perform, an agreement with you.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to process or retain information under applicable law.
06Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party profiling tools.
Fonts and a small number of front-end libraries are loaded from reputable public content delivery networks (Google Fonts and Cloudflare CDN). When your browser requests those files, the provider receives your IP address and standard request headers as a technical necessity of delivering them. Those providers operate under their own privacy policies.
If we introduce privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this section before doing so and, where consent is required, we will ask for it first.
07Sharing and disclosure
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Hosting, email, and infrastructure providers who process data on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations, strictly to deliver the service we have engaged them for.
- Within Cuspforge. With the members of our team who need the information to respond to your enquiry.
- Legal and regulatory. Where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or a lawful request from a competent authority, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Corporate transactions. If Cuspforge or one of its ventures is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or restructuring, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections described in this policy.
08International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and some of our service providers operate infrastructure in other jurisdictions. Where personal information is transferred outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy and with applicable data protection law — including by contracting only with providers that offer appropriate safeguards.

We retain information for longer only where a legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligation requires it. When a retention period ends, information is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
10Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access restricted to team members with a legitimate need, hardened and patched infrastructure, and internal practices designed to limit how much personal information we collect in the first place.
No system is perfectly secure, and no organisation can guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by applicable law and without undue delay.
11Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access the personal information we hold about you, and obtain a copy of it.
- Correct information that is inaccurate, outdated or incomplete.
- Delete information where there is no continuing lawful basis for us to hold it.
- Restrict or object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out on that basis.
- Request portability of information you provided to us, in a structured, commonly used format.
- Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@cuspforge.com. We respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive or that would infringe the rights of others — always with an explanation.
12Children
This website is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
13Our venture platforms
Certifada, Crucible, Codex, Azimuth and any future Cuspforge venture are separate products with their own privacy policies, terms and data practices, tailored to what each platform actually does. Registering, subscribing or transacting on any of them is governed by the policy published on that platform — not by this one.
This website also links to third-party destinations such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any site we do not operate, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing information.
14Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, our infrastructure or the law changes. The revision date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects how we handle your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention — and, where the law requires consent, we will obtain it before the change applies to you.

02نطاق هذه السياسة
تسري هذه السياسة على موقع cuspforge.com وعلى أي مراسلات مباشرة ترسلها إلينا عبر بيانات التواصل المنشورة فيه.
ولا تسري على منصّاتنا — ومنها سيرتيفادا — فهي منتجات مستقلة لها سياسات خصوصية وشروط استخدام خاصة بها. وعند انتقالك من هذا الموقع إلى أي منها، تحكم استخدامك السياسة المنشورة على تلك المنصة.
03المعلومات التي نجمعها
معلومات تقدّمها أنت
عند تعبئة نموذج التواصل أو مراسلتنا بالبريد، نتلقّى ما تختار تزويدنا به، وهو عادةً الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والجهة وموضوع الاستفسار ونصّ الرسالة. وإذا راسلتنا بشأن وظيفة، فقد ترسل أيضًا سيرتك الذاتية وما تتضمّنه من بيانات مهنية.
نرجو عدم إرسال معلومات شخصية حسّاسة عبر هذا الموقع — كالبيانات الصحية أو أرقام الهوية أو الحسابات المالية وما شابهها. نحن لا نحتاجها ولا نطلبها.
معلومات تُجمع تلقائيًا
كأي موقع، تسجّل البنية التحتية التي تستضيفنا معلومات تقنية أساسية ضمن التشغيل الطبيعي: عنوان IP، ونوع المتصفح وإصداره، والجهاز ونظام التشغيل، والصفحة المُحيلة، والصفحات المُشاهَدة، وتاريخ الزيارة ووقتها. تُستخدم هذه البيانات لأغراض الأمن والتشخيص وقياس حركة الزيارات إجمالًا.
معلومات مخزّنة على جهازك
يخزّن هذا الموقع تفضيلًا واحدًا محليًا في متصفحك — لغتك المختارة (العربية أو الإنجليزية) — ليفتح الموقع باللغة نفسها في زيارتك القادمة. وهو ليس معرّفًا للتتبّع ولا يُرسَل إلينا، ويمكنك مسحه في أي وقت من إعدادات المتصفح.
04كيف ولماذا نستخدمها
- للردّ عليك. الإجابة عن الاستفسارات، ومناقشة التعاون المحتمل، ومتابعة المراسلات التي بدأتها.
- لتقييم الفرص. دراسة مقترحات الشراكة وأفكار المشاريع والطلبات التي ترسلها إلينا.
- لتشغيل الموقع وتحسينه. الحفاظ على توفّره، ومعالجة الأعطال، وفهم المحتوى الأكثر فائدة بصورة إجمالية.
- لحماية الموقع. كشف ومنع إساءة الاستخدام والرسائل المزعجة والاحتيال والوصول غير المصرّح به.
- للوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية. الامتثال للقوانين السارية والاستجابة للطلبات المشروعة من الجهات المختصة.
ما لا نفعله أبدًا. لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية، ولا نؤجّرها أو نتاجر بها، ولا نستخدمها في التصنيف الإعلاني، ولا نضيفك إلى قائمة تسويقية لمجرّد أنك أرسلت استفسارًا.
05الأسس القانونية
حيثما ينطبق المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021 بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية، أو اللائحة الأوروبية أو البريطانية العامة لحماية البيانات، أو تشريع مماثل، نستند إلى الأسس التالية:
- الموافقة — عند تزويدنا بمعلوماتك طوعًا عبر نموذج التواصل أو البريد الإلكتروني.
- المصالح المشروعة — تشغيل موقع آمن، والردّ على الاستفسارات، وحماية كسبفورج من إساءة الاستخدام، بما يوازن ذلك مع حقوقك وتوقّعاتك.
- تنفيذ عقد — حين تكون المعالجة لازمة لاتخاذ خطوات بناءً على طلبك قبل إبرام اتفاق معك أو لتنفيذه.
- الالتزام القانوني — حين يفرض القانون علينا معالجة المعلومات أو الاحتفاظ بها.
06ملفات الارتباط والتحليلات
لا يستخدم هذا الموقع ملفات ارتباط إعلانية، ولا بكسلات تتبّع عبر المواقع، ولا أدوات تصنيف من أطراف ثالثة.
تُحمَّل الخطوط وعدد محدود من المكتبات البرمجية من شبكات توزيع محتوى عامة موثوقة (خطوط جوجل وشبكة كلاودفلير). وعند طلب متصفحك لهذه الملفات، يتلقّى المزوّد عنوان IP وترويسات الطلب المعتادة كضرورة تقنية لتسليمها، ويعمل هؤلاء المزوّدون وفق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم.
وإذا اعتمدنا مستقبلًا أدوات تحليلات تحترم الخصوصية، فسنحدّث هذا البند قبل ذلك، وسنطلب موافقتك متى اشترط القانون ذلك.
07المشاركة والإفصاح
لا نشارك المعلومات الشخصية إلا في الحالات التالية:
- مزوّدو الخدمة. مزوّدو الاستضافة والبريد والبنية التحتية الذين يعالجون البيانات بتعليماتنا وتحت التزامات سرّية، وبما يلزم فقط لتقديم الخدمة المتعاقد عليها.
- داخل كسبفورج. مع أعضاء الفريق الذين يحتاجون المعلومات للردّ على استفسارك.
- الجهات القانونية والتنظيمية. حين يكون الإفصاح مطلوبًا بموجب القانون أو أمر قضائي أو طلب مشروع من جهة مختصة، أو لإثبات حقوق قانونية أو ممارستها أو الدفاع عنها.
- المعاملات المؤسسية. إذا دخلت كسبفورج أو أحد مشاريعها في اندماج أو استحواذ أو تمويل أو إعادة هيكلة، فقد تُنقل المعلومات ضمن تلك المعاملة مع بقاء الحماية الموصوفة في هذه السياسة.
08النقل خارج الدولة
مقرّنا في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ويشغّل بعض مزوّدي خدماتنا بنية تحتية في دول أخرى. وعند نقل معلومات شخصية خارج الدولة، نتخذ خطوات معقولة لضمان بقائها محمية بمستوى يتّسق مع هذه السياسة ومع قوانين حماية البيانات السارية — بما في ذلك التعاقد حصرًا مع مزوّدين يوفّرون ضمانات مناسبة.

ولا نحتفظ بالمعلومات مدةً أطول إلا حين يفرض ذلك التزام قانوني أو محاسبي أو متعلق بنزاع قائم. وعند انتهاء المدة، تُحذف المعلومات أو تُجهَّل بصورة لا رجعة فيها.
10الأمن
نطبّق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية تتناسب مع حساسية المعلومات التي نحفظها: التشفير أثناء النقل (HTTPS)، وحصر الوصول بمن يحتاجه من الفريق لغرض مشروع، وبنية تحتية محدَّثة ومُحصَّنة، وممارسات داخلية تهدف أساسًا إلى تقليل ما نجمعه من معلومات شخصية.
ولا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، ولا يمكن لأي جهة ضمان الأمن المطلق. وفي حال وقوع خرق للبيانات الشخصية يُرجَّح أن يمسّ حقوقك، سنُخطرك وتُخطر الجهة المختصة وفق ما يقتضيه القانون ودون تأخير غير مبرّر.
11حقوقك
وفقًا للقوانين السارية، يحقّ لك:
- الاطّلاع على المعلومات الشخصية التي نحفظها عنك والحصول على نسخة منها.
- التصحيح لما هو غير دقيق أو قديم أو ناقص.
- الحذف حين لا يبقى أساس قانوني لاحتفاظنا بالمعلومات.
- تقييد المعالجة أو الاعتراض عليها حين تستند إلى مصالحنا المشروعة.
- سحب الموافقة في أي وقت، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على معالجة تمّت قبل السحب.
- نقل البيانات التي زوّدتنا بها، بصيغة منظّمة وشائعة الاستخدام.
- تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة الرقابية المختصة في نطاق اختصاصك.
لممارسة أيٍّ من هذه الحقوق، راسلنا على hello@cuspforge.com، ونردّ خلال 30 يومًا. وقد نطلب التحقّق من هويتك قبل تنفيذ الطلب، وقد نرفض الطلبات المتكرّرة أو المفرطة أو التي تمسّ حقوق الغير — مع بيان السبب دائمًا.
12الأطفال
هذا الموقع موجَّه إلى جمهور مهني وليس إلى الأطفال دون 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن علم أي معلومات شخصية منهم. وإذا كنت ترى أن طفلًا زوّدنا بمعلومات، فتواصل معنا وسنحذفها فورًا.
13منصّاتنا
سيرتيفادا وكروسيبل وكودكس وأزيموث وأي مشروع مستقبلي لكسبفورج منتجات مستقلة، لكلٍّ منها سياسة خصوصية وشروط وممارسات بيانات خاصة تتناسب مع طبيعة عملها. ويخضع التسجيل أو الاشتراك أو التعامل على أيٍّ منها للسياسة المنشورة على تلك المنصة، لا لهذه السياسة.
كما يتضمّن هذا الموقع روابط لجهات خارجية مثل لينكدإن. ولسنا مسؤولين عن ممارسات الخصوصية لأي موقع لا نديره، وننصحك بمطالعة سياساتها قبل تقديم أي معلومات.
14تعديل السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطوّر خدماتنا أو بنيتنا التقنية أو القوانين السارية، ويعكس تاريخ المراجعة أعلى الصفحة النسخة النافذة دائمًا. وحين يؤثر التعديل جوهريًا في طريقة تعاملنا مع معلوماتك الشخصية، سنتخذ خطوات معقولة لإحاطتك به، وسنحصل على موافقتك قبل سريانه عليك متى اشترط القانون ذلك.
